Tallapaka Annamacharya was a Telugu saint composer of the fifteenth century who composed 32,000 songs, most of which were in praise of Lord Venkateswara. The musical form (keertanas) that he composed has strongly influenced the structure of Carnatic music compositions, which are very popular among Carnatic musicians. He is widely regarded as the Pada-kavita Pitaamaha of the Telugu language. This product not only showcases some of the rare and exquisite compositions of Annamacharya but also has veteran musician Malladi Suri Babu teach these compositions in an interactive session, making it priceless for students.

Malladi Suri Babu is a renowned musician from Vijayawada and the disciple of the doyen Voleti Venkateswarlu. He retired from the services of All India Radio as a Music Composer. He is the proud father and Guru of the renowned duo Malladi Brothers, who have carved a niche for themselves in the field of Carnatic Music.
